Money withdrawal to the wrong bank account

If you’ve made a mistake when entering your bank account info and the transfer is in progress, don’t worry as it will eventually fail and the funds will be returned to your Shpock Wallet. Depending on your bank, this can take up to 10 working days for them to mark it as failed and then return to us, so we’ll let you know in the app once it’s been returned. You can then request the withdrawal again making sure the info is correct. 

Remember! We’re not able to manually cancel a transfer once it’s in progress, but don’t worry you won’t lose your money.
