My withdrawal has failed

If a transfer fails it normally means you’ve entered the wrong information for your bank account, like the sort code or account number. If this happens, the bank will return the funds and you can start it again. Be sure to check the details with your bank. This process can take up to 10 working days so please be patient and we’ll let you know as soon as you can request the payment again.

You’ll see the successful withdrawal in your Shpock Wallet along with the date it’s due to arrive into your bank account. The money is expected to be in your bank account within 24h (excluding weekends and public holidays). Depending on your bank your payment reference will show as Shpock or Adyen N.V.
