I haven't received my item

Important: Due to COVID-19, deliveries might take a little longer than usual.

If you’ve purchased via BUY NOW, the first thing to check is the tracking number on the proof of postage - you can find this uploaded from the seller in your chat. If you’ve not got this yet just drop them a message and ask them to share it with you.

If you haven’t got your item within 7 days after it’s been shipped then you’ll need to get in touch with us:

  • if the parcel is showing as delivered but you haven’t received it
  • if the parcel is lost or the tracking hasn’t updated for several days
  • if we’ve asked you to complete the deal

To get in touch just tap on “I haven’t received it” at the bottom of the chat. We’ll then hold the funds and stop the deal from completing until we’ve resolved any issues for you. Should you receive the item in the meantime, you can simply click on “Issue resolved” and the deal will continue as planned. 

Should the deal be already closed although you did not receive your item, please click here.

We’ve got you covered with our Buyer Protection if something goes wrong, providing you let us know within 7 days of the item being dispatched. After this point the deal will complete and you’re no longer covered by our Buyer Protection.
