I have a new one now this one has 3 keys missing arrows and letter L can easily be replaced on amazon or ebay . signs of minimal wear and tear . comes with charger . the laptop is reset so as new with windows . needs a little spruce up clean has something in the speaker bar hense needs a clean but sound works all is fine . has camera good features .
