buggy board with seat, has a comfy insert, universal, the wheels on it flash when you walk both work fully. bought this for my son who has used it maybe 2 or 3 times as he just wanted to walk. the sticker on the bottom foot rest has rolled up but obviously doesn't effect use. can deliver for definite buy locally needs gone asap
