How do I calculate postage costs?

When you list an item, Shpock will display a default price for a small parcel in the chosen category. Make sure you enter the measurements correctly to get the true estimated cost for your parcel. In the Delivery options section of the listing you amend the default shipping price as needed, and you can see our “Suggested delivery prices” to get an idea of how much your item will cost to ship.

If your parcel is too large for Parcel2Go or Royal Mail, you’ll need to find an alternative courier that can ship bigger packages.

Remember! Make sure you list the correct shipping price for your item (including shipping materials) because you can’t change it once a buyer pays. The default postage cost is only an estimate offered by Shpock and may differ from the final postage cost. Make sure to double check with the courier you’re using so you don’t under or overcharge the buyer.
