You can hide public questions by heading to:

1. Tap on 'My Shpock' in the app or click on your profile picture at the top right on the website
2. Select 'Selling' and open the listing
3. In the app tap the 3 dots next to the question you want to remove and select 'Hide' or on the website click 'Remove question' below the question you want to hide

If the user keeps sending unwanted requests, you will find the additional option to block them in the app. However, please remember that a block cannot be undone at a later time. Should you decide to block a user, please select the corresponding reason.

A blocked user can't:

• Make any offers
• Ask questions
• Receive notifications regarding your activity
