• Transaction finished: If the money has already left your account and is shown as negative balance, we will issue the exact same amount as a refund back to you within 6 days.
• Transaction pending or not showing: If your Shpock deal was cancelled before the money has left your account, the transaction is shown as pending. Once your bank has cancelled the transaction it will be removed from your statement, because we never took your money.
