This landmine is quality. It has a big pin that goes through any of the holes on power cage with the option to lock-in on either side with the smaller pins which is convenient because you may have a space set up that is more spacious on left or right side. Can be mounted at any height which in turn creates more workout challenges and exercises as oppose to standard rows from below. It has Olympic and 1-inch diameter barbell options.
