awful experience. sold a faulty phone that had been routed (confirmed by Samsung) and simply didn't work. Billy UK said he didn't check to see if the phone was working before selling an expensive phone to me. hassle with th return from billy. all in all avoid this careless seller

Check your items from this seller before you leave item was broken even asked if item was not damaged took him at his word said was perfect would not refund money when item was unpacked and found to be broken tryed to be polite but he was abrupt
