I can't see an offer or a message

If you have been notified that you have received messages or offers but can’t see them when checking the item, there are two possible reasons: 

  • The other user has removed their message or offer.
  • Shpock has removed the message for your protection, as it contained suspicious content. Our Security Team is reviewing this content and will take appropriate action against offending users.

Should you have received this content as a notification from Shpock, please discard it. No personal information, such as your email address, has been shared with the other user.
