I haven’t received my item

Reporting a problem with an item is currently not possible on our website. Please download our app to continue.

If you have bought an item with Secure Delivery  and it has not been delivered yet here is what you can do: 

  1. If you’ve not received any proof of postage from the seller so far, message your seller and ask them to provide the tracking number. Should the seller not answer you, please click here.
  2. If you’ve had proof of postage from the seller, use the tracking number to see where your item is. In case it is still in transit, please allow time for the item to arrive.
  3. If you still do not have the item, even though it says it has been delivered, you can report it in the app by tapping on 'I haven’t received it' at the bottom of the chat. We will then jump in and investigate your case
  4. Should the deal be already closed although you did not receive your item, please click here.

Don’t worry! You’re covered by our Buyer Protection which means we’ll refund you in full if the item doesn’t arrive.
