Setting up my Shpock Wallet

The Shpock Wallet is currently not available on our website. Please download our app to use it.

The Shpock Wallet is the secure payment area for sellers where they can find all payments received from Secure Delivery deals 

Please note that setting up and accessing your Shpock Wallet is only possible, once you have your first Delivery deal! If that’s the case you need to go to My Shpock > My Shpock Wallet in the app and enter the following data first: 

  • full name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • date of birth
  • home address

These data only need to be entered for the first time and are stored securely. Once you have accessed the Wallet and you want to check these data again, you need to click on My Shpock > gear wheel > settings payout details

Remember! The Shpock Wallet can only be accessed from within the UK and is only available for items sold within the country.
