I haven’t received my payment

If the item was sold with Secure Delivery , the buyer pays immediately in Shpock and the funds will be already pending in your Shpock Wallet. You’ll be able to access the funds and withdraw them once your buyer confirms they’ve received their item and everything is OK.

If you were paid outside of Shpock, reach out to your buyer first to confirm the payment status. It might be the buyer has paid already but you can’t see the funds just yet.

If you’re not able to come to a resolution with your buyer or they don’t reply within 48 hours of your last message, please report the case to us in the chat and we can step in. You can do this by tapping the dots at the top right.
