If you have bought an item with Secure Delivery and the seller has posted the item, you have 7 days to tell us if everything is OK, if there is a problem with your item or you haven’t received it. If we have not heard from you, we close the deal automatically after 7 days and release the money to the seller.
Should it be the case that you still have an issue after the deal is closed, please reach out to the seller directly to see if you can come to a suitable resolution. If after speaking with your seller you can’t come to a mutual agreement drop us a message below. We’ll then look into your case and help you come to a resolution.
