Reporting a problem with my item

Reporting a problem with an item is currently not possible on our website. Please download our app to continue.

If you have bought an item with Secure Delivery  and an issue has occurred, you can report this to us in the app: 

1.  Item has not been delivered: If your item has not been delivered so far, please click here

2.  Item is damaged, has missing parts or isn’t as described:

  • As soon as the seller shares the proof of postage with you in the chat you have 7 days to report an issue with the item. You can do this by tapping on 'I have an issue' at the bottom of the chat in the app. We will then investigate your case
  • Should the deal be already closed after 7 days, please click here.
  • Can't see any buttons at the bottom of the chat? Remind your seller to use the Proof of postage button to continue with the deal (although you may already have received the item).
