Problem resolving for a delivery deal

If you’ve bought an item with Secure Delivery , you’re covered by our Buyer Protection so we’ll help you if 

  • your item doesn’t arrive
  • is damaged
  • or not as described


Here is how it works: 

  • Before you report a problem, we recommend first to try to come to a resolution with your seller directly. If you can’t resolve it between yourselves, you can escalate to us. This will set your deal on hold.
  • We’ll then conduct a full investigation; we may ask for more details from both seller and buyer such as photos of the item and proof of postage. Please keep an eye on your emails as we’ll contact you on your registered Shpock email address.
  • During the investigation both buyer and seller have always the option to come to an agreement on their own and complete or cancel the deal. 
  • After the investigation has been completed by us, we will let you know in which favour we have decided. All decisions are final and can’t be disputed.
