My item has not been returned

If your buyer has sent the item back to you make sure you first check the tracking to see if there is a delay. If there is, your buyer will need to reach out to the courier to investigate further as they are the sender.

If your buyer hasn’t sent the item back yet or provided you with proof of postage, send them a gentle reminder via the chat. If they haven’t sent the item within 5 days, get in touch with us and we’ll step in.
