The item I sent is lost

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or you’re worried it’s lost in transit, contact the courier you used directly so they can investigate and confirm for you. Make sure you let your buyer know what’s going on too.

Remember! Keep hold of your postage receipt because if the item is lost, most couriers offer some form of compensation.
