My seller isn’t replying

We know it can be frustrating if the seller isn’t responding to your chat messages.
We’d suggest reaching out to your seller again in case they missed your last message. If you still don’t get any response and don’t want to wait any longer, you can do the following:

Deal with Secure Delivery :
  • Deal has been agreed: As long as the seller doesn’t ship the item, you can always cancel the deal and get a full refund.
  • Offer has been accepted: If your offer is accepted but you haven’t done the payment yet you can withdraw your offer.

Deal with collection: 

  • You can report such a case via the dots at the top right of the chat and we will remind the seller. However, if no deal seems possible, you can cancel the deal or withdraw your offer.
