My item has been delivered - what's next?
Once your item has been delivered with Secure Delivery you have 3 options:
- When you are happy with your item, tap 'Everything is OK' on the panel at the bottom of the chat. This will then release the money to the seller and close the deal. 🤝
- If there is an issue with the item, please click 'I have an issue' at the bottom of the chat.
- When you received the item although your deal was cancelled, please click here
If you can't see the options Everything is OK or I have an issue in the app, please wait until 7 days after you have made the payment. Then these options will become available to you.
