If you made a mistake while entering your bank account information and the transfer is already in progress it will eventually fail. Depending on the bank, this can take up to ten business days, at which point we will inform you about the failed transfer in the app. You will then be able to enter the bank account information again.
Please understand that it is not possible for our support agents to manually cancel a transfer. We therefore kindly ask you for your patience if you noticed that you entered the wrong bank account information.
