My posted item has not arrived

The buyer might report an issue with the delivery if the item doesn't arrive. If they escalate it to Shpock, we will look into it and try to assist both of you in finding a solution to the issue. During this process the money will be on hold in your Shpock Wallet.

Please ensure to always post items with a method that provides at minimum proof of delivery (e.g. Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For). This way you will be able to help the buyer in tracking the package down.
