Once you’ve paid, your seller’s got 10 days to send your item (although most post within 3!) and send proof of postage via the chat. You can then track your parcel to see it’s progress. 📦
If you don’t receive your item or get a response from the seller after the 10 days, don’t worry we’ve got you covered with our Buyer Protection. We’ll cancel the deal and refund you in full.
If you don’t want to wait that long, you can either ask the seller via the chat to cancel the deal, or you can cancel it yourself after 7 days by tapping on 'Help' at the top right and selecting 'Cancel deal'.
