How can I cancel a purchase?

As the buyer you will be able to cancel a deal if the seller has not provided you with a shipping confirmation within 6 days. Should you wish to cancel the deal earlier a mutual agreement is required. Please discuss your reasons with the seller as they will be able to cancel the deal for you. The cancellation of a purchase made with Buy Now  will automatically refund the full payment to the original payment method.

Once a seller has shipped an item, it is not possible to cancel a deal. If you wish to cancel a deal after shipping has commenced please discuss the circumstances with your seller. If you come to an agreement regarding the returning of the item, you can raise and escalate a dispute to Shpock. We will review your case and refund the full amount to your original payment method once the seller has confirmed that they have received the item.

Important: Please ensure to return items with a tracking ID as we will only be able to refund you if we can determine that the item has been successfully delivered.
