A failed transfer normally means you’ve entered the wrong information for your bank account (like the sort code or account number). If this happens, the bank will return the funds as a failed transfer, and you can start it again. Make sure you check the information is correct.
Successful transfers to your bank account can take up to 5 working days so make sure you allow plenty of time for the funds to arrive.
Remember! Depending on your bank, the incoming payment reference on your account can be labeled as Shpock or Adyen N.V.
