If your item has not arrived within 6 days after the shipping confirmation, please first discuss this issue directly with your seller in the chat. Many cases can be resolved by checking the delivery status with the provided tracking ID. If the package seems to be stuck in transit the seller can get in touch with the shipping company for further inquiries.
