Parcel2Go is the UK’s largest parcel comparison website, enabling sellers and buyers to choose from a wide range of couriers, services and rates when shipping an item. Shpock and Parcel2Go have teamed up to provide users on Shpock with an easy, integrated solution to handle the delivery of purchases within the Shpock app. Furthermore, Parcel2Go offers tracking with all delivery services, as well as online support in case of an issue with a delivery.
How it works
When listing items the seller will have the option to provide additional information regarding the item, such as measurements and weight. They can then select the courier services they want to offer buyers to choose from when making an offer.
The availability of the delivery option on an item will be indicated on the listing itself.
After choosing a service the buyer will pay the full amount (including the delivery costs) to the seller, who will then initiate the packaging and delivery process in the Shpock app. A tracking number is then automatically provided in the Sales Chat so that both parties know about the delivery status at any given time.
Both seller and buyer will receive a tracking number in order to follow the parcel’s delivery. In case of delivery issues the seller will be able to log in to Parcel2Go via a link provided in the delivery confirmation email, in order to contact Parcel2Go’s support team.
Please note that this service is currently only available for items shipped within the UK. Certain areas in the UK might not be available for delivery. If you wish to send an item to another country please discuss the conditions directly with your buyer.
