IMPORTANT: PayPal is currently only available in the app
After listing an item on Shpock, users will be able to make an offer requesting payment via PayPal. If you accept this and your Shpock account is not yet connected to PayPal, you will be asked to enter your PayPal credentials and confirm that you allow Shpock to connect to PayPal. Should you not have a PayPal account yet, you will be able to create one quickly and easily.
Once Shpock is connected to your PayPal account you do not have to repeat this process again. However, you will have to confirm every request for PayPal payment separately.
After receiving a payment in your PayPal account you will be sent an email with transaction details from PayPal. As this email might not arrive immediately you may also view the transaction details directly in your PayPal account if required.
Important: When selling an item with PayPal, it is important that you ship it to the address provided in the PayPal transaction details in order to be protected by the Seller Protection. Therefore, please discuss shipping costs during the offer process in order to prevent misunderstandings later on.
