In eligible cases that are covered by the PayPal Buyer or Seller Protection (e.g. the item hasn’t been received, it is not as described or it’s an unauthorised transaction) you can go to the PayPal Dispute Resolution Centre to ask them to step in and find a resolution.
Before opening a dispute we always recommend contacting your deal partner to try and find a suitable resolution. If this is unsuccessful head to your PayPal account and raise a dispute.
Find the transaction you want to raise a dispute for and click 'Report a problem'. This will open the Resolution Centre where you can give more details of the issue.
You’ll then be able to contact your partner through PayPal, and upload photos or proof as needed. PayPal will then review the evidence and come to a final decision.
Remember! PayPal’s Dispute Resolution is considered final and can’t be contested or changed by Shpock.
PayPal is currently only available in the app
