IMPORTANT: PayPal is currently only available in the app
In eligible cases that are covered by the PayPal Buyer or Seller Protection (e.g. the item hasn’t been received, it is significantly not as described or unauthorised transactions) you can go to the PayPal Dispute Resolution Center in order to resolve a dispute.
Before opening a dispute on PayPal, please try to find a solution together with your partner in the private Shpock chat. If this proves unsuccessful, please go to paypal.com and log into your PayPal account.
After logging in, you will see a list of all your recent transactions. Please choose the one that you would like to report to PayPal and click on ‘Report a problem’. This will open the Resolution Center where you are able to choose the type of issue you would like to report.
In the next step you will be able to contact the partner directly via PayPal and provide proof in the form of photos or documents. PayPal will then resolve the issue based on the available evidence.
Please note that the decision reached via PayPal’s Dispute Resolution is considered final and can’t be changed or contested by Shpock.
