I haven’t received my payment
In case you haven't received the payment yet, please get in touch with your buyer first and clarify the payment status. It is important to provide regular updates to each other in order to stay up-to-date and to prevent misunderstandings:
- If the buyer has already sent the payment via the agreed payment method, please find out together with the buyer why it hasn't arrived yet.
- Should the buyer have cancelled the payment, please discuss the reasons with them and try to find a solution to the problem together.
- In case you do not hear from the buyer within 48 hours, please report the case to us directly from within your chat. You can do so by tapping on the dots at the top right.
