I have just logged in but all my items and reviews are gone - why?

Please make sure to check how you registered with Shpock. It is possible that by logging in you accidentally used a different login methods and registered a new account.

In this case please log out by clicking on your username at the top right of the Shpock website and choose 'Log out'. Once you have been logged out please click on 'Log in' at the top right and choose the login method that you used to create your original account.

If you are not able to get back into your main account please contact us via support@shpock.com.

Important: Please note that it is not allowed to have more than one account per person. All additionally created accounts will therefore be deactivated.
