I'm not able to log in. What can I do?

Please make sure that you log in with your correct login credentials. Depending on how you registered you can either log in with your email address + password, your Facebook account or your Google account. 

If you have registered with your email please enter your email address and your Shpock password. In case you forgot your password choose “Forgot password?” to request a new one by following the instructions.

If you have registered with your Google or Facebook account please click on "Log in with Facebook" or "Log in with Google" on the login page. 

Important: If you are registered with Google or Facebook you do not have a separate password for Shpock. Please be aware that once you have deactivated or deleted your Facebook or Google account you will not be able to log in with that information anymore. Should you still not be able to log into your account please contact us via the contact form below and our support team will gladly help you out!
