Your username is unique and means you can be easily recognised by other members on Shpock.

Once you have chosen a username, we do not allow later changes for security reasons. However, we will make exceptions when your safety is at risk. If you believe this is the case, please contact us below and share the following information with us:

• Your current Shpock username
• Your newly requested username

Remember before contacting us:

• You can only use letters (a-z, A-Z), numbers (0-9) and the “_” symbol. Example being I_LOVE_SHPOCK21 😉
• Please search for your new preferred username on Shpock first to make sure it is not already taken
• To shorten the process, we recommend to send us several username suggestions, in case one of the usernames is not possible

Remember! The name which has been entered during the registration process is not your username. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to change the name for you.
