If you’re looking to buy something via the “Buy Now” button, here’s how it works!

1. Enter your Mastercard, Visa or debit card (only with credit card functionality) details. You’ll need your 16-digit card number, expiry date and CVC (3 digits on the back of the card)
2. Once payment is complete, the money will be sent to the seller’s Shpock Wallet and held as pending.
3. Once you’ve received your item, check everything is OK and confirm the deal in the app. This will then release the money to the seller.
4. If you’ve not received your item or there’s a problem with it, report this in the app so we can step in and get it resolved.

Remember! As long as you report an issue to us in time and before the money is released to the seller, we’ve got you covered.
