Setting up my Shpock Wallet

You can set up your Shpock Wallet via the app once you’ve made your first Secure Delivery Deal.  Then head to My Shpock > My Shpock Wallet where you’ll be asked for some information to get you set up:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth
  • Home address
  • Bank details (optional, but required if you want to withdraw your money!)

These data are required by our payments’ specialist Adyen as they will process the payment. You’ll only need to enter this info once and then you can withdraw your money into your bank account.

If you need to change or update your info, you can do so by going to:

My Shpock > gear wheel (right corner) > Payout details

Remember! You’ve got 150 days after receiving payment to set it up, otherwise the money will be returned to your buyer.
