Once you’ve found an item you want to buy, you can either hit 'Make offer' or 'Buy now'. 

 

Make offer

• When making an offer you can choose whether you want to collect or have it delivered. 
• If it’s delivered, you can easily pay the agreed price in the app and it will be protected by our Buyer Protection (see Buy now)
• Sellers price their items at what they think they are worth, so make sure you only make fair, reasonable offers. 😊

 

Buy now

• When you buy your item via ‘Buy now’, you pay for it directly in the app and get the item delivered to your home. 
• The best thing is that you are protected by our Buyer Protection in case something goes wrong.
