If the item was purchased using Secure Delivery the buyer has already paid for the item and the delivery address has been sent to you. Once you send the item off and the buyer isn't replying anymore, the money will be released after 7 days to your Shpock Wallet.  

If you’ve agreed on a collection but haven’t been able to arrange a date and time, we recommend setting a reasonable deadline for your buyer (72 hours for example). If they don’t respond by then, you can relist the item.
