How do I remove a bad review?

If you believe your review to be unfair and unjustified, you can contact us below and we’ll look into it for you. Make sure you’re logged in and then we’ll need:

  • Name of your deal partner
  • Item in question
  • Date of the review
  • Why you think the review is unjustified

We’ll then review all of the information and make a final decision.

Remember! A review is the chance for the other user to give an honest account of how the transaction went. We won’t remove a “bad” review unless we can confirm it’s unjustified.
