Refund process

Our Buyer Protection means we’ve got you covered should something with your purchase go wrong. If you purchase your item via the BUY NOW button and it doesn’t arrive, it’s damaged or not as described, we’ll refund you in full. 

How does it work?

  • First step is to speak with your seller to see if you can come to a resolution between you. If you can’t within 24hours, you can escalate to us and we’ll step in
  • We’ll then conduct a full investigation - we might need more info from both buyer and seller such as proof of postage or photos of the item received (if applicable) 
  • Once we’ve completed our investigation we’ll let you know and if we decide in your favour, you’ll receive a full refund within 6 days. 

All decisions are final.

Remember! If it’s a collection deal you won’t be covered by our Buyer Protection, but we can support you and your seller to come to a resolution.
