Posting an item with Secure Delivery, here’s how it works:

1. When listing an item the seller selects Secure Delivery and confirms how much the delivery cost will be.
2. The buyer pays through Shpock and the money is transferred to the seller’s Shpock Wallet where it’s held.
3. The seller chooses Royal Mail, Parcel2Go or their own courier to ship the item.
4. After posting, the seller shares proof of postage with the buyer in the chat.
5. Once the buyer receives their item they mark it as received and confirm they’re happy.
6. The money is then released to the seller and can be withdrawn into their bank account.

If there’s a problem with the item the buyer can report it in the chat and the Shpock support team will come to the rescue!
