Marking an item as sold

Sold item through Shpock:

If you’ve sold through Shpock the item will automatically be marked as sold as soon as both parties accept and confirm the offer OR the buyer purchased with “Buy Now”.

Deals made via the public Q&A section won’t appear in your sales count and they won’t be automatically marked as sold.


Sold item elsewhere:

If you’ve sold your item elsewhere and you need to mark it as sold head to:

My Shpock (app) or Your profile name (web) > Selling > select the item > 3 dots > Mark item as sold elsewhere

The item will then be removed from your selling list and you’ll not be able to access it anymore. If you want to sell it again you’ll need to create a new listing.
