Changing my password

Web:

Make sure you log out and then follow the “Forgot password” link. You’ll get an email through so you can change your password.

 

App:

Head to My Shpock > Account settings > Change password 

Then enter your new password and confirm!

 

Remember! If you’ve registered with your Facebook, Google account or Apple ID you don’t have a Shpock specific password, so you’ll need to change the password directly in the relevant account for it to reflect on your Shpock account.
