Once you’ve paid we’ll let the seller know they can ship the item. Your money will be held with us until you’ve confirmed you’ve received your item and are happy with it. We’ve got you covered with our Buyer Protection. ✅

Once sent the seller will send a photo of the proof of postage so you can track your item’s journey. After receiving it, check you’re happy, it’s as described and then confirm so we can release the money to the seller. 💰

Remember! When delivering via Parcel2Go the parcel will be automatically marked as delivered in Shpock once the tracking information confirms the delivery. You then have 24 hours to report an issue before the money is released to the seller.
