Shpock has partnered with PayPal to make buying and selling even safer. PayPal is the service that lets you pay and accept payments without having to enter your financial details each time. As a seller you’ll also receive instant payments. Offering complete protection for buyers and sellers on eligible items, PayPal will refund you if the item doesn’t arrive or match the original description.

Remember! PayPal might not be available in all countries.

 

How does it work?

• Buyer requests to pay via PayPal when making an offer and the seller confirms they are happy
• Buyer connects their PayPal account or creates a new one
• Once the deal is confirmed, the buyer can initiate payment to the seller’s PayPal account.
• The seller then ships the item using a tracked shipping method to the address provided by the buyer
• The seller can choose to withdraw their funds or keep them in their PayPal account.

PayPal is free to use for buyers! As a seller, you can find a breakdown of the fees here. 

 

How can I create a PayPal account?

If you haven’t got a PayPal account yet you can create one directly in the Shpock app. You can start the process either when you want to receive a payment or are paying for an item via PayPal for the first time. If not, you can also create one directly through PayPal. 

Remember! You need to be 18 years old to create a PayPal account.
