I can't manage my paid membership

A paid membership can only be cancelled with the same device operating system it was subscribed with.

Example: You subscribed to your membership via the App Store (iOS). In the meantime you have changed your device and are now an Android user, you can't cancel the membership via the Google Play Store. You need to cancel this in the App Store, as you have also subscribed to the membership here.

This has nothing to do with your Shpock user account, but which operating system you are using (e.g. iOS or Android).
