Reactivating a listing
Once a listing has run its full duration (usually between 30 and 90 days), it will expire. An expired listing is no longer visible to other users, but can be easily reactivated from your 'Selling' overview. This process ensures that only available items and services are shown, so that the Shpock Marketplace is up to date at any point in time.
Depending on your membership, a small fee may be applied. Overall, there are three options to reactivate an expired listing:
Standard Membership:
-
Create a new listing for free: You can simply create a brand new listing for your item manually. This option is included for free in a Standard Membership.
-
Reactivate for a small fee: If you have only a few listings to manage and want to save time by keeping the original listing intact without re-entering the details, you can pay a small fee per listing to reactivate it immediately. All listings reactivated with a fee will last for 90 days instead of the usual 30.
Premium Membership:
-
Reactivate for free: A Premium Membership includes unlimited free reactivations and a "Reactivate All" button that lets you bring all your expired listings back with a single tap. Listings reactivated with a Premium Membership will last for 90 days.
