You can only relist a sold item if it was a collection deal where you would have met with the buyers. If it was a Secure Delivery  deal you’ll need to create a new listing.

Relisting a collection deal:

My Shpock (web) or Your profile name (app) > Selling > select the item > select the chat with the previous buyer > 3 dots > Relist item
