I can’t log in

Check your login method:

You’ll need to make sure you’re logging in using the same method you used to sign up. So either your e-mail address & password, or your Facebook, Google or Apple account.

 

Logging in with Email:

Click 'Log in with Email' and enter your email address and password used when you created your account. If you can’t remember your password, click 'Forgot password' and you’ll get an email with a link to reset it (don’t forget to check your junk folders for the e-mail!).

 

Logging in with Google, Facebook or Apple:

Make sure you select the right option on the login page. You won’t have a different password for Shpock, it will be the same as the account you used for sign up. Remember! If you’ve deactivated your Facebook or Google account you won’t be able to login and will need to create a new account.
