We’ve updated our Privacy Policy to reflect the General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR).

GDPR is an EU regulation that came into play in May 2018 to give people more control on how their data is used and to give them easier access to it.

Right of access:

If you’d like to see a copy of all of the data we have for you, you can request this through your Privacy settings on the Shpock website. It will take a few days for us to process and we’ll send you a link to your info which will be available for 1 week.

Right to data portability:

You can request your data in an easy to read format that can be transferred. Again this can be requested through the Privacy settings by selecting “Request a data takeout”. We’ll share a link with you that can be accessed for 1 week after it’s generated.
